Medical care, diagnosis, or treatment
Psychotherapy or crisis care
A replacement for your relationships with your healthcare providers
I recommend that you continue to work with your clinicians and mental health providers as needed. We’ll talk about how to advocate for yourself and integrate their guidance into your daily life.
