Meet Roshni
Roshni Ghosh MD MPH
I’m a physician, healthcare executive, and integrative health coach. I also happen to be a woman who hit perimenopause in the middle of a demanding career and parenting two young boys, two dogs, and a male partner.
Over the last five years, I’ve separated, divorced, gotten engaged, switched jobs three times, lost a dog, gained a dog, tried HRT, tried GLPs, had surgery, cycled through workout fads, taken up knitting and watercolors (for sanity), and even dusted off my original Nintendo to get through some days.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent years not fully connecting my many strange symptoms to perimenopause—despite my medical training. I saw what felt like a billion doctors, was repeatedly told my labs were “normal,” and felt defeated by weight gain and exhaustion. I’ve finally found a plan that works for me most of the time. There’s still plenty of trial and error, but I know what it feels like to be myself again—and I will do almost anything to protect that feeling.
Through my own journey—and through listening deeply to the stories of other women, studying the research, and immersing myself in the realities of this life stage—I’ve found so much joy in helping women return to their truest selves. My work is about offering both a gentle nudge and practical tools: helping you name your passions, be honest about your challenges, feel empowered, and move through the blockades that exist today, while also anticipating and softening the ones that may lie ahead.
StrongHER Years is where I bring clinical training, systems thinking, and lived experience together to help women navigate this transition with more clarity, ease, and agency.
